Message I was on street tires yesterday which are heavier than drag radials and on heavier stock rims vs the 15" TE-37's. And without drag radials I was spinning going into 2nd.

But it's really all about the air quality. It was low 60's yesterday. Still far from 40 degree temps I need to run low 12's.

My entire race is to the 60' line. For me to run low 12's I need to pull 1.9 60' times. My best yesterday was only a 2.13. Sucks! It's all about how much boost I can build on the line at 2500 rpms which is the stock stall on the stock torque converter. And unfortunately until it gets really really cold, it's barely positive boost right now. Ain't much off the line.
